In writing I have used a poem by James K. Baxter as a starting point to write my own holiday poem. I hope you like it.
Sam’s K Baxter Poem
The house was usual enough
It had an old shed, small cars, an old dog, and even a huge field.
My cousin, my brother and I did what boys do -
Play xbox 360, run, sit, talk, and swim in rivers
Play xbox 360, run, sit, talk, and swim in rivers
Doing nothing important
What was the dog's name, Sam? Did you run around the field?
